Being a shift worker the fixtures have worked out very well.

For anyone who needs to plan..try the following it certainly helps

midweek Champions league or league cup guarentees a weekend fixture for the
premier league games beforehand...also what you need to do is for the fixtures against spurs liverpool newcastle then remember they will play midweek in the europa league if they are still in on a thursday..so guarantee they will be moved to A sunday or Monday date.

By doing this you can virtually work out the day or days that a fixture will be changed to-hope this helps.

thanks for the info

Did they not play Europa league matches on a Tuesday sometimes last year?

EL final is will be played at the Amsterdam ArenA on Wednesday 15 May.

Not to sure about that one mate however if midweek games then prem game before cannot be on the Monday before. Also if opposition are playing the Thursday in europa... then again the game before will 99% be on the Sat or Sun before or the Sun or Mon after..

I think this set of fixtures can work in our favour.
No horrendous runs in there tbh the hard fixtures are nice and spread out.

Where are the conspiracy brigade today?

Liverpool will be in the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League and if they win that tie then they will be in the 4th qualifying round.

The first leg of the 4th round takes place on Thursday 23rd August meaning our game at Anfield will be moved to either the Sunday or the Monday and will most likely be shown on TV.

decent fixture list, should see us rack up some decent points, if we start where we left off at end of last season, but after all this is city we talking about, so its any ones guess

Stoke away and Liverpool away early, could be some dropped points early... OR we could take advantage of those fixtures being early if we play like we did early last season, and get some points from grounds we struggle at. Unfortunately Everton away is in mid-March, stonewall 3 pointer for the Blue Dippers again. :(!

Best to catch Liverpool early doors. It will take Rogers time to get Liverpool playing his way.

Stoke is never easy. Better to play them on a nice warm Summer's day instead of in the bleak winter's day.
