What about those people on zero hours contracts who had to miss their Sunday afternoon shift due to the delay?Anybody who claimed compensation on a free flight is a scruff. Horrible individuals!

I think it's simply unreasonable to claim on something that has been provided free of charge, as a gesture of good will and with best intentions. Even if consequential losses have been incurred and regardless of individual circumstances. Typical of the where there's blame culture that we now live in. Fully aware it's not the club that pays the compensation.
