We are both reading tea leaves. At the end of the day both the club and Pep have told us the exact same thing, and I am happy to believe them.

Maybe it's the quality of the players which are obtainable at this point, together with the fees being demanded for our targets, which is making it a slow window ?

As you rightly say still two weeks before the window closes.
