Foden video

What I don't get is how Phil was goaded all the way back to what must be a vip area.
Did they have a room, given the Bolton accent, were they part of Khan's hanger ons, passed off that he got battered and looking for trouble.

Not sure what world some of the members live in but it's a lot more polite and civilised than the one i'm in.

It's the perfect world of sitting and summing up a confrontation in the peace, safety and tranquility of their home. Unfortunately if you're unlucky enough to get caught up in such a confrontation you don't have that luxury. It often happens very quickly and unexpectedly and those minutes are filled with fear, threat and aggression with no idea how bad it is going to get. In those circumstances rational thought and decision making go out of the window and people resort to their animal instincts for survival which is fight or flight. You can take all the precautions you want but sometimes the shitstains of society are unavoidable.

There were numerous incidents on the night involving 'famous' people.

Jordan Pickford, Foden and Noel Gallagher all had problems, maybe boxing nights are not places to hang out for celebs.

It's everything to do with who he hangs about with sadly, why do you think so many famous people become lonely? Serious lifestyle changes come as a result of fame and fortune, that's just the reality.
I get what you’re saying, it’s the reason VIP areas exist. Sadly, too many insecure and envious twats out there trying to make a name for themselves. ‘Famous’ people have a choice - normal life and trouble or protection/separation.

But, I have no idea about Foden’s life, who he spends his time with and I can’t draw any conclusion about that from Saturday night. His mum reacted to what she saw as a threat. That can be hard to ignore, in an ideal world it’d be easy and then I’d have a much quieter life as a teacher.

The stuff with Gallagher and Pickford was completely different & can’t be compared -
out in the open, some bloke embarrassing himself by saying city won’t win the CL, bottling the title, Everton will be relegated. No swearing, no aggression, just a knob.

Foden was clearly wound up as he walked into his booth, in a narrow corridor being called a c***t and a f****t by a few blokes, which then continued as he walked away. A completely level of abuse and aggression. Who he was spending his time with wasn’t the reason those lowlifes were abusing him.

the only connection is that all the knobs were Liverpool supporters, what a surprise!

Spot on and unfortunately there's more shitstains in society than clean cloth. Scares me shirtless having boys who go out on the piss at a weekend.
Having freely walked pissed up regularly from Deansgate to gorton at 3am in tge 80's, I've recently found myself telling my son and his girlfriend not to wander about market Street and picadilly Gardens back to hotel late at night pissed but to jump in a cab, and he plays rugby!

I don’t think corporate/VIP areas guarantee anything nowadays.

It's not even the Manchester arena,my previous company had one, the VIP boxes have private entrances that have a short corridor and a small set of stairs, once you are in you do not need to leave, and you get to them from the main concourse and are escorted to the door.

Turns out this happened in May 2021 not sure where it is...

I've lived all over the place and had the luxury of not being .'en guard when out and about.
Not round here though
