we don’t know what was said before Foden walked into the box, but I’m guessing he was putting up with a lot in a narrow corridor. He did well to keep on walking away from those scumbags calling him a “fag…, cu…” etc. His family are obviously very protective - he’s still only 21, still a child in many ways. Again, seems odd to me that Jack and John - two players we know Phil gets on and socialises with - were at the same event in a fairly large, calm, controlled group containing at least one face I recognise as City security.



Either Phil's chosen to go without security or his security was shit to let that situation escalate.
