It's this new smart phone app. They claim you order and pay on your phone and then just collect your pint/food at half time with no need to queue.
It's not on the official site but it's launching soon apparently.

Note to anyone at the club reading this: I might not be able (as another poster has kindly suggested) to sort this matter out single handed, but I'd certainly be able to find someone who could - and quickly. Why is it so difficult for those at the club to sort this relatively simple issue out? It's fucking insane.
