Football Leaks/Der Spiegel articles

As with all City fans I've been infuriated by the DS articles and today we're told that UEFA has warned City. The "warning" from UEFA seems anything but a warning and doesn't seem to be addressed to City specifically. Nor can I see what DS's "allegations" amount to beyond the fact that City have done no more than they're allowed to and have spent more money than the Germans liked to get people the Germans wanted to keep. The Tevez "revelations" simply show the frivolity of all these articles. Tevez's fripe was precisely that he wasn't playing enough for the rags and when he signed for City his contract had been examined thoroughly certainly by the FA/PL to avoid third party ownership issues. And I believe his wages were dealt with in the settlement of 2014.

Can't be arsed reading all that but if our Tevez deal was iffy then surely the rags & WHU ones were as well.

Only 1 of the 3 deals was in any way dodgy and that was the West Ham one which was dealt with at the time it came to light. After that, the TPO issue was addressed before United signed him on loan, meaning both our deal and United's deal were above board.

The DS article is beyond pathetic and offers nothing. In any case, it reads more like an attack on Tevez and him being a mercenary bastard than an attack on City, so whoever is behind this shite has missed their intended target....again!

IMO there is a power struggle going on between the European Super League faction (the old established elite along with EUFA) and Infantino's FIFA proposal for a World Club League (which is strongly supported by CFG). No surprise therefore who the villans of the piece are in these leaks. Check out this excellent article The Curious Case of Manchester City and various Super Leagues by David Crook https://mancitysquare.com/2018/11/1...city-uefa-fifa-ffp-and-various-super-leagues/

Unfortunate name, considering.

Don't forget the half-frozen Stadia Catering pies!

Is that what they were, I though they were hot ice cream tubs when my dad got me one.
Always remember the nuclear hot bovril scarring my hands walking back to my seat in the north stand.
What happened to Renold, Johnstones Paints, Kidds for Steel and the half time scores and racin’ results Football Pink.

I read them and I could see why they were newsworthy but what bugged me was that they didn't put any context to them at all.

If you are a journalist and you are given a story you run with it, but surely you have a but of integrity and tell the whole story. They only told one side. Easy I guess to do so.

come on now let call it right here and lets start naming names

we all know who and what clubs are after manchester city we have kicked over a dirty brick and the woodlice and worms are running scared ??? UNITED want to take there ball home, its plain and simple manchester city have popped there bubble and the cash cow (premier league) is dead and they want out ?? just have a look at the head of the premier league and demanding £250.000 from each club as a farewell gift ??????

i bet richard scudamore is not out of work long and i bet he will turn up at the head of european super league group that uefa are plotting and mark my words its going to happen within 5 years and the premier league will be spilt into 2 leagues and a revamped FA cup competition so the top clubs playing in the europe can still have the FA in there pockets

manchester united barca madrid munich are shitting themselves and need another way to stop manchester city from becoming even bigger than them ?? and just like liverpool and the old english league UNITED went behind everybody back and with skysports lied about all clubs getting big money for being on tv each week then only show united games every week so you needed to be playing united every week for that promise, also they knew it was the only way to stop liverpool with the power they had on the FA and the football league officials by naming there own new bunch of cheats

Don’t forget Truman’s for Steel and Volmax

Maybe I'm alone on here in thinking this isn't an attack on Manchester City but an attack on the CFG, clearly the group has pissed some people off royally, most notably some within La Liga and it seems likely that Germany would be a logical addition to the group(especially with the forthcoming switch to Puma). Right now pretty much every side in Germany offers Bayern Munich first refusal on any player with RB Leipzig and the possibility of a German CFG team this seems to me like a shot across the bow of the ship. The irony of that being the Nordsjælland leak that upset Der Spiegel which resulted in NOT ONE player moving to City when in practice Bayern are doing it a dozen times a season!!!!

There's literally fuck-all in any of that which we didn't already know!

In tomorrow's Der Spiegel - leaked documents show that the Titanic hit an iceberg on April 15th 1912. It's a fascinating story that has never been previously told. Reserve your copy now, or tune into our Twitter page from 9AM.

Ah but who put the iceberg there ? The Sheikh ? I hope it wasn't Sterling FFS, please say it wasn't him. This is another article that is full of old shite, I think everyonbe is getting bored and any neutral can see and is seeing that it is just an attack on our club.

The really good news is that all of this will only serve to strengthen the resolve and determination of our owners and senior management to achieve our short, medium and long term objectives.

They have attacked the wrong people. They have chosen the wrong battle. Eventually, over time we will prosper from this and god help the fucking lot of them!

The club should now go after Der Spiegel and sue them for damages, and then go after the guy that hacked the MCFC data based and sue him as well. Both of them to the tune odf around £200millon ponds apiece. If that should bankrupt Der Spiegel, and put a load of journalist's on the dole so be it. The same applies to the guy who hacked the City data based. As this crime was committed in this country let's go ahead and sue the guy. If this should put him out on the street's it will, be a lesson to any other hacker that the club will persue you and go after damages.

What does that have to do with anything ha ha ha

What have I done to upset people on here? Is there a rule of a number of posts one needs before being allowed to post?

I will answer you because I first raised it. Ignoring Sundays result we have had a week of shit being thrown at us from all sides. Every question re FFP and how it affects us has been answered by some very knowlegable people within these 316 pages. I noted three of your posts and all were extremly negative, I then saw your post count which was very low. I simply wondered are you a Blue who rarely posts and was merely seeking information (which was already available within the thread) or were you one of the trolls that register on the site waiting to post wind up posts.
If you are a Blue, no problems and you are welcome here any time whether you post or not. If on the other hand you are not a Blue.............

Further, if you are a Blue, I apologise for causing the grief.

Yes, I think we can all see why a German newspaper would relish publishing this old news. But it has a lot in common with the persecution of Raheem. If you a shocked and outraged tone when you tell people that Raheem bought AND ate a butty from Greggs only three weeks after England were eliminated from the Euros many people witll pick up and feel the outrage without asking themselves why on earth he shouldn't shop at Greggs. But what is it that City have done which should cause anyone involvd with the club any real anxiety? Let's see if they can finish our game of hangman! N_ _h_n_, b_gge_ a_l

It's all a bit fishy !
