Got the Inter Milan job, £80,000 a week for 5 years, £70m transfer budget. They finished runners up to AC in Serie A so the aim is to win the league and see how far I get in the Champions League. Transfer priorities are a new backline, number 2 keeper, Creative mid, couple of wingers and another striker.

I forgot to mention , due to my vast success ( getting a team from BSS to Prem) , i got offered the Bayern Munich job at the start of my first prem season , 3 year contract 2m wage budget and 50m transfer budget.But i refused because i am a loyal bastard unlike a certain JoeMercer's Way ;)

how am I disloyal by not being offered a new contract?

First thing they are on light schedules. You wont get results with that.

I'd like to know this as well. I always thought that it was just the amount of work the coaches were doing. To the best of my knowledge all my players are on medium-high training schedules!

that's what i presumed as well

i thought 'heavy' meant you are working your coaches too hard.

Decided against doing a challenge in the end as I've really gotten into a game with QPR for the second year on the bounce.
