Football Manager 2012 - Official Thread - Demo Out Now

I have Rekik - central defender cover and Prestia - central defender stopper playing as a partnership for my Fc Twente side and they are amazing together got them both 1st season and used them in cup games and against shit teams, in 2nd season I introduced them a bit more and now in 3rd season they are my 1st choice defenders only shipped 9 goals in 24 league games so far.
 
Just started a game with Swansea. Ticked the box at the start so no one has a summer transfer budget. Should make the first season a bit more easier as the likes of City won't be spunking money on Ganso and the likes haha. Only problem I've really got is my cover in defence, next to none. Confident of a mid table finish though, and maybe a late push for a Europa spot. Looking forward to it.
 
Mine is just getting slower, into season 7. Tried to defrag, and remove a league but only getting half a star on game preformance :(

Just won the league with Bayern on my FM today. The game then offered me money and a stadium as a reward, only for it to be an April fools fm joke.

Also, its a very sad day. My 10 year reign with Athletic has come to an end :-(.

Guardiola took over in the end, so at least I know they're in good hands :-).

Now I've just got to wait about for a job to pop up...
 
Taken Schalke over in December 2021. Pretty decent team, but far too much deadwood. Looking forward to getting my teeth into this.

So as I was feeling very :-( I told my scouts not to come back until they found me a player I could love more than Iks.

They came back.

They said he was 19.

I was very :-S

Then they showed me him.

11 games, 10 goals (cup games included).

This seasons transfer dealings:

Up £97,000,000 due to player sales
Down £32,500,000 due to player purchases
So in major profit which is allowing me to fund more facilities, youth training and scouting. Life's good with my Dane (ignoring the current 7th place and missing the LC final of course)!
