Forest docked 4 points

They'll whine on about how corrupt we are with the 115ers coming to the fore again. Then again, we're not owned by a Greek multi millionaire accused of drug trafficking charges or fixing matches in their own country's league.

Brown envelopes were very much in vogue at Forest during the Clough era.
The much celebrated Icelandic fishing boat saga for example.

And BC agreeing to take his Forest team to play a friendly against another local-ish club only on receipt of a sizeable bung handed over at a transport cafe.

Not that they were the only club or characters up to such. I suppose.

Uefas' ffp was original aimed at Chelsea & Ambrovich, whether the premier league would have implemented, who knows
Real Madrid signing Kaka an Ronaldo in one window was meant to be a trigger for Platini. City the stalking horse for Kaka.

Forest stated that PSR restricts clubs investing in players, and it means that the League is stagnating, with only a few clubs able to buy whom they want.

Finally, they have woken up to this.
Forest were not in the PL when these rules were introduced but having spent nearly 30 years getting back into it they are to be slammed for breaking them. I think it's time all clubs opposed to the rules actually got together and DID something about it, whether that is by legal action, petitioning the government or/and the independent regulator or whatever other means are available. A good start might be to labour the point that Manchester United's P&S is not threatened by a debt of almost £1 billion but Forest's is by their failure to sell Johnson quickly enough (to one of the prime advocates of the rules!) and Everton HAVE to be docked points because they're profitable and sustainable enough just to be able to pay a fine! Well thought out rules!??
