Forget Recriminations, how do we sort this mess out?

We are debating the footballing merits of various managers here, not there personalities and the question is would Mourinho bring us success quicker than Bobby ever could?

A bit like Mourinho did when winning Inter the CL, something that Bobby couldn't do.

bobby couldnt do it just becouse a crazy owner irrationally sacked him . mourinho won CL for inter in a way that if you watch football can judge by yourself. but dont know why i doubt you watch football.

in balotelli words "english press mixed football and tits" . and i think you watch mostly the latter.

Mancio, this might come as a surprise to you here but Bobby has not got us playing like Barca!

I don't think it's unfeasible for mourinho to be hired if we finish in the top 4. Big pay off, use the Ill father or homesick excuse. Play the pr machine. We don't even know how much mancini enjoys the job and country. His stock would be high and he could get a great job. His style might even suit an international job

An interesting slant.

The only problem I see with all that is it would require considerable cooperation from Mancini, for example in terms of using his Dad as part of the excuse, and saying he never really setttled in England.

And here lies the problem - I can't see him being in too cooperative a mood if he'd achieved all the targets set for him, and got us into the CL, only to be quite unreasonably sacked and replaced by Jose. Again.

That would be bad for his reputation, and he would be out for damage limitation so as to repair his standing in the game. People with those sorts of agends don't tend to be the most cooperative.

I would fear for our reputation if we sacked Mancini under those circumstances, and we all know that the reputation of the Club is of paramount importance to the Sheikh - that's what he's here for, after all.

1, Makes players feel unbeatable and breeds a winning mentality this applies to real madrid and to all the CL mourinho's chelsea won ?
2, Manages big egos as he has one himself without issues this applies to balotelli too ?
3, Good man manager as he knows what each individual needs/wants this applies to balotelli and ibrahimovic too ?
4, Good leader as he takes the pressure off players with putting himself in the firing line this make his team the most hated
5, You think Mancini is a stickler for detail this man is on another level here you are right , all the following being just mith and opinions
6, Gets players to run through brick walls for him and demands 100% from every squad member (see point 1)
7, Not afraid to change formation or admit he was wrong mid game (remember him making a sub when at Chelsea after 20 mins to win a game after bad start)
8, Proven Prem manager and that the English game suits his style
9, Would take the current squad on to win the league without additions (in my opinion)

1, Made us harder to beat through formation? (With this we have become too predictable)
2, Introduced zonal marking (debatable subject)
3, Happy to stay for the long haul if given the chance? (even though when he first come he commented on his desire to return to Italy)
4, Good looking
5, Wears a City scarf

And everything the press said about us after the Hughes sacking would be true. I've watched this club play horribly. I've watched us lose horribly. I have never been ashamed to be City through-and-through. That's the day I would be ashamed.

I cannot seem to find ANY reference to HH SM or the City board having ever said that.

Maybe there are too many cards in play that have nothing to do with the game at the top table?

I'm however surprised that you never took the oppurtunity to add to the list of your messiah.............or maybe you agree?
