Formula 1 2022

I don't think the pair of them have done anything to make anyone dislike them.

Lance was a decent enough pay driver who peaked at 22, he's hardly the first to outstay their ability because of money.

Lawrence saved a team (and factory and 300 employees) from bankruptcy as well as one of British motorsports most beloved brands.

Neither would make a top 20 most unlikeable people in F1 IMO.
Let me guess, Horner and Verstappen x20?

Like that old Liam Gallagher quote when he was asked his top 10 dislikes and he answered “Man United, I hate Man United ten times”

Another clown show for Ferrari in Q3.

Even though Sainz inherits pole.

I can't see anything but Verstappen coming from right at the back to win tomorrow.

Mercedes look like they're driving a diesel bus and Ferrari look pissed again.

Lewis's fault all day long that.
Wouldn’t be a great surprise if he called it a day at the end of the season. He's had a glorious 15 years, but he's regressing now. Does he really need the day to day grind, endless hours in the gym, the constant battle to keep his weight down, getting used to not being in the best car? He's got his money made, and his legacy in the sport is assured.

Regressing is a harsh way of putting it.

He should've won another title last year and this year he's wrestled some impressive results out of an underperforming car.

Personally I think he still has the hunger and is desperate for that eight title. I can see it being another battle between him and Max next year. Ferrari are a joke.

Okay. Maybe not "regressing" per se. That was a tad overdramatic on my part. But he's clearly in an inferior car right now, as you've acknowledged. Unless Mercedes can pull a rabbit out of the hat later this season, and into next season, will Lewis be happy with the current scenario continuing? I don't know.

Verstappen could jump Sainz in the pits here.

EDIT - Extending the first stint to give himself more chance later in the race.

Seems like Max's race to lose now.
