Frank Field Quits Labour

The Labour discredit machine in full action yesterday. Owen Jones and people like that are essentially just bots with no minds of their own or sense of respect.

Regardless of Fields views, he represented a Labour constituency and a Labour seat in Parliament for many years. For Labour to attempt to turn and discredit him after 20+ years is absolutely disgraceful.

Some of the stuff out there is borderline defamatory and slanderous to be honest. Again the cult is in full swing.

They are blind to the fact that it is turning their core support off, not on as well.

you're right that he represented a Labour constituency unfortunately he didn't represent its constituents

Frank is threatening to resign and cause a by-election this morning. He won't because he knows he wouldn't win and would lose his lucrative job. His phraseology was interesting in interview - " I am considering whether I should resign.........whether I should have a by-election" - this is all about him and the damage he hopes to inflict on his party leader and therefore by extension the party he claims he loves.

The party he claims to love is no longer his and many others party im afraid.

I know...i know, if i dont like it, i know were i can go.............................

Got to love this new left wing labour party you really do.

Fully inclusive unless you are a Jew or not quite left wing enough lol.

There is an argument that would run for many a page on any forum that it isn't any longer the party he joined, represents and loves!

That is quite a brave statement, why did they keep voting him in then?

One of the top 25 safest seats in Parliament - 8 of the top 25 are Merseyside seats Birkenhead being the 23rd. Normally at this point the Right claim that Labour voters are like sheep or just vote the same way their parents did - on this occasion it seems the noble folk of Birkenhead are being lauded for voting him in because it suits the narrative.

Wait, but you're playing it both ways.

You're saying that essentially the personalities aren't important and it's the Party who get voted for.

But then are talking about personality driven actions such as deselections, agendas against Corbyn in the media and people like Jones being strong independent voices.

Either the personalities.matter to voters or they don't. Can't switch that opinion on and off.

Just listen to yourself.

Are you seriously trying to claim he only got voted in because its a safe seat and that since 1979, the people of Birkenhead have hated him and that he hasn't represented them?
