One of the funniest ones I've ever heard was a few seasons ago when Sunderland were playing Newcastle - Sunderland were bottom at the time and Newcastle were about 15th. The Newcastle fans starting taunting the Sunderland fans with "Going down, going down, going down" to which the Sunderland fans responded "So are we, so are we, so are we!"

Newcastle sang the same to us once at COMs, we beat them 1-0 with a Paulo Wanchope header IIRC.

Three of the best ive heard are:

Theres only 2 andy gorams ( after he was diagnosed with schizophrenia )

and when bradford were playing us years ago they started chanting your shit and you know you are, we then went and scored and we retorted we're shit and we're beating you

and one i read about was when bobby zamora was playing in the lower leagues apparently his fans used to chant when he gets the ball and he scores a goal thats zamora to the tune of thats amore to which the opposition fans retorted when the ball hits his head and it ends in row z thats zamora lol

My personal fave was years ago during a boring 0-0 with Sheffield Utd. They started singing "oh we hate Wednesday wednesday wednesday" etc and we responded with "we hate saturday we hate saturday ......"
