Back in 1988 when Nelson Mandela was still in prison in South Africa, there was a huge 70th birthday tribute concert to him at Wembley stadium featuring all the biggest music stars of the day.
The queues to get in were huge as it was a sell out, and a BBC reporter went up to two young girls about fourteen in the queue and said "I see you are here to support Nelson Mandela"
One replied, "Yes, what time is he on?"
In the dressing room "Queen" were preparing to go on stage at Rio de Janeiro and a reporter said to Freddie Mercury "What does it feel like to appear in front of 200,000 people"
He replied "I don't know, I haven't done it yet".
