Cherki currently on a brace against Nantes. Impressive considering he's born 2003. He's playing second striker it seems. But he can play every offensive position

Exquisite technical qualities, ambitious and mature. Been hyped for nearly 2 years in French football and now emerging with OL - reminds me of Ben Harfa but with a better head on his shoulders. Future #10 IMHO

He absolutely doesn't, facial hair makes him look older, this is him last year aged 15

And on topic yes, he's been known for a while and is basically the greatest talent the French football system has ever seen (Ahead of Mbappe yes).

I don't think it's possible to compare these 2 totally different players. Watched 2 games with him, Cherki is a natural-born dribbler that's going to be 'next Hazard' in the worst case. In terms of age/physicality/technique/vision combo he's probably in the highest tier of talent with Messi, R9, Mbappe and the likes. Let's see how he develops.

French pool of talent looks absurd, international football becomes almost unfair this way :D
