Exquisite technical qualities, ambitious and mature. Been hyped for nearly 2 years in French football and now emerging with OL - reminds me of Ben Harfa but with a better head on his shoulders. Future #10 IMHO

I don't think it's possible to compare these 2 totally different players. Watched 2 games with him, Cherki is a natural-born dribbler that's going to be 'next Hazard' in the worst case. In terms of age/physicality/technique/vision combo he's probably in the highest tier of talent with Messi, R9, Mbappe and the likes. Let's see how he develops.

French pool of talent looks absurd, international football becomes almost unfair this way :D

I think he looks 16. You can see that he's not fully grown yet and he's still got that baby fat in his face

Sensational & instinctive player, will be one to watch - no question. I always found the greatest young & upcoming talents make the true jump at 16 years of age, love his game + he looks like he has that killer aggressive edge

There was no insinuation he is older than he claims. Some kids just look older than their age. LeBron James looked like a 24 yearold at 16. Shit happens. We know he is a kid. But he looks matured. The great ones sometime do

In the above picture he looked younger than 12. I'm guessing the toughening look occured in the following 3 years
