Future Wingers

I know I've seen people already post the quote where Torres says he wants to play on the left, and I know people have pointed out Sané played only on the right for Schalke and then never for City.

I have no idea why people are still talking about the side he'll play on. It doesn't fucking matter.

He can play both sides, Sterling can play both sides, Foden can play both sides.

We'll find out in a few months. Pep probably doesn't know yet, it took him 2 years to decide Gundogan was a 6.

Yeah, he'll probably end up in the centre too at some point for all we know. Whatever happens the fluidity is key. I'm more excited at the prospect of Torres by the day.

Sterling deserves to play on the left, thats where he is most productive, when torres starts putting up the same numbers as sterling he can go to the left

Marcus thuram. He will be immense in 2 years with the right coaching. Pace, power, finishing, creativity, strength, vision, height & stamina. All raw but definatley has all the ingredients to be a beast on the wing and maybe even a centre forward later on.

I thought the plan with Jesus/Sané/Sterling was that we would have greater fluidity in games, with the three shifting position so that opponents could never settle and be constantly stretched. Part of our problem this year has been our painful predictably, with players anchored to their position and repeating the same attacks week in week out.

There is talk of Hudson-odoi wanting out if Chelsea.
He is only 19 and was very highly sought after last summer

Torres played 99% on the right.

Because Guedes plays exclusively on the left. Torres has said he wants to play on the left and I think under Pep like all our wingers have, he'll play on both sides. It's not an either or with any of them, except maybe Mahrez

Yes, though I don’t see why Mahrez needs to be exclusively on one wing either considering he’s left footed.
