Another academy player who is made out to be some god like figure by far too many of our fan base, MaAtee is a huge talent but has a lot to prove.
I also like McAtee, but Veiga is levels ahead. Proven in La Liga, he made the team of the season. He pulled these stats off playing for a side that barely escaped relegation (thanks to Veiga). McAtee did well on his Championship loan, but there is a reason Real Madrid was looking at Veiga and not McAtee. This lad is genuinely considered one of the best U21 players in the world in his position.

He's done well in a poor team so I believe he would be an explosive player here next season. Playing with top quality players would push him to the next level.
Would like this but absolutely no guarantee of that I'm afraid.

I think they are both in the potential bracket both raw and in need of Peps magic, IMO McAtee can reach a far higher level than Veiga.
