I hope Fernandinho is telling him that once he arrives in England to relax and just play his game. He will get more protection from the ref than ever before but he'll also be expected more than ever before to let things slide. He can't go down easy over and over again or complain to the ref constantly. If he does, he'll have a reputation hanging over him that'll just bring stress on the pitch and off it. If he rides tackles like SWP did he'll have a mach happier experience. But can you explain this to a kid. Any kid has difficulty listening...not to mind a professional soccer player with the world at his feet and fame and fortune shining in his face.

IMO No8/No10. He doesn't have pace for the wings and is not a good shooter/scorer. Passing and ball retaining are his best qualities. In UFA he was their best player and was used literally everywhere, even as LB, so his short stint in Russia is not very representative.

I reckon he will play left wing until Kun retired. When he arrives I will no more get nervous when Kun injured. He can easily slot into No9 effectively and can swap during the game as Pep does like it. I have followed him every game since he signed (Brazilian league and national games full match) He is going to be the next big thing in the next few years.
