There's still the option of keeping Zuculini or using Milner as the fourth central midfielder (could provide him the extra games he wants to sign a new deal).

Alternatively, someone like Ward-Prowse but I'm not sure we'd spend on another midfielder with two prospects (Zuculini and Huws) already apparently rated highly by the club.

1) Garcia out making way for Mangala to arrive
2) Zucullini replaces Demichelis (foreign player for foreign player) after a year on loan
3) Milner and Lampard are replaced by Barkley and Zucullini next summer.
4) Boyaya or Rekik step up to fill the void left by Demichelis.

whats the point in keeping him when we can't register him to the PL squad when Mangala arrives due to 17 foreigners limit. Or someone would have to left out of the squad if not Garcia.

Yeah, we need to get rid of a foreigner and Javi's by far the most obvious candidate. We'll be fine - we have Fernandinho, Yaya, Fernando, Lampard, Milner and at a push MDM. Zucculini can go on the B-List this season too. I wouldn't fret about it.
