here you go mate....

TMW in Italy claims that City's Javi Garcia is joining Zenit and is expected in Russia today. No other sources currently back it up.

City Watch @City_Watch · 2h
Izvestia in Russia has its own Garcia to Zenit story, claiming a deal is close with Zenit offering £12.7m and City asking for £15.8m.

Good on the club in recouping the money paid for Javi Garcia as the player still has time left on his contract.

and with Richards sinclair or Guidetti still to go..after that our net spend could be 10M incredible
What about Isco? We can probably afford him and Mangala once we sell Garcia.
Unless Negrado or Jovetic leave then we don`t need him. Just keep saving the pennies for Barkley or Sterling.

If the 13m for Garcia is in GBP and not Euros that's impressive. Even if it is in Euros that'd be £10m, which is the most I would have expected.

Getting Caballero, Sagna, Mangala, Fernando, Zucculini and Lampard for a net spend of around 21-23m is pretty damn good work from Txiki, esp. given that there are a couple of others yet to leave.

We could perhaps get 10m more for Sinclair, Richards and Guidetti, tho I would expect the latter 2 to be made up mostly of addons

The potential 3m in addons for Rodwell also wipes out the potential 3m in addons for Caballero and Zucculini. I hope for Jack's sake more than anything that we get the additional 3m

Oh fucking dear, we must have panicked in 2012 if Marwood inserted 50% sell on fee clause..

^ "Capital gain" sounds like 50% of any PROFIT rather than transfer fee, so they'd get nothing.

I suspect what that means is that they'd be entitled to 50% of any profit we make on the player, rather than 50% of any future transfer.

Anything over 8m would be fantastic imo,so talk of 12-15 is mindblowing.
Or clubs have a different valuation of the player than fans on an internet forum. ;)

Thats how I read it, but even if not we still get 5m not too far short of 8m people would have accepted. For me the money is a side issue the real issue is it allows Mangala to sign.

Just because we recoup some money doesn't mean we have to spend it..

There's also January to consider. Pellers and Txiki may want some room for manoeuvre in case we need to bring someone in.

I thought I read on FFP thread that £49 million restriction only applies to this window, am I right or wrong ?
