He will smash the British transfer record (British player), barca or real 45m plus, any of city, united or Chelsea will pay in excess of 50m, levy is the best negotiator in the business!!!

Personally I'd offer nasri, Edin plus 30m, he'd be the player to help us compete on the European stage...

Cavani would make a better defensive midfielder than Yaya. If it's a City line up without Barry, Garcia or Rodwell (or of course a reasonable replacement) it won't work.

Yaya looks lost protecting the back four and we've never played a diamond. We didn't chase De Rossi and Martinez to do away with defensive midfielders. A holding midfielder will always be a cornerstone of a Mancini team.

I agree with the yaya observation, he is however hampered by the lack of work rate up top, having a cavani and bale ups that considerably, the notion of a holding midfielder who does just that will be phased out, having adaptable players in the mould of Milner and rodwell will allow for this and in turn yaya will become twice the player (hard to believe).
 
The Daily Fail Have had 13(THIRTEEN) different articles on Bale on their football home page in the last 2 days
I know hes playing out of his skin at the moment but 13 articles on a player who isnt even in the top 5 in the world is a bit of overkill dont you think?

Yep, lol, after West Ham game there was a period when you had to scroll down for good 30 seconds before getting to any headline that was not Bale related.

God forbid if Messi or Ronaldo would be Brittish players, lol

Yaya has never, and should never ever be made to play as the sole holding midfielder. He lacks the positional discipline to play it, unlike Nigel or Barry. Yaya strengths and style comes from his industry and ball retention, which actually makes him the perfect box-to-box midfielder.

Why not? He's available in the summer and would most probabley be City or Juve. Mancini will definitely be interested again(if he's here)
