He adores Giggs and Ronaldo. Go to United and the chances are he will be playing alongside both of them next season. He's not going to choose City if he can play alongside and under Giggs.

Yeah, that would end badly for Real I think. Bale is very good, but people easily forget Ronaldo is one of the best players of the last few decades, and the only reason he doesn't get more credit is a case of really unfortunate timing in playing at the same time as one of the greatest of all time. Bale isn't going to step into that Real team and score 55 goals a season, not by a long long chalk. Ronaldo could probably do that next season though, and the one after, and the one after that.

Agreed. I think if Real are foolish enough to let Tranny go, then replace him with Bale, they will end up farther behind Barca than they are right now.
