So lets ask this question, who would agree with a minutes silence/applause tomorrow? for my two penorth, tomorrow 47,000 of us will be attending because we love football, Ablett was a good footballer and better than many of the current mardy arses earning a shed load of money. We are playing one of his 2 main teams the day after his death. I would not think it wrong to show our respects with a minutes silence.

1. Firstly, I never said that I wasn't interested in the thread and you;'re putting words in my mouth because you're either too stupid or lazy to address a point that I've actually made. I have an interest in the thread, to clear up any confusion. My "taking the piss" was exactly that and I fitting reaction to a death, and the idea that posts "have to be welcome" within a certain topic is hilarious and, given your own posting history, massively hypocritical. Or do you just mean on this TYPE of topic? That isn't sarcasm, I'm trying to understand how you can hold both positions.

2. As I said to Soulboy, who came up with the exact same utterly foolish point, there's a major difference between a Neil Young thread and a Gary Ablett thread on a Man City forum and if you can't see that, then I question your entire outlook on the notion of football support. You can't see the difference in a condolences thread for a City legend on a City forum, and a somewhat indistinct opposition player on a City forum? I know you aren't that stupid. If I need to spell this out in single syllable words, I will, but I'm hoping that you are above this.

I`ve asked this question before and not one Mod has answered it.
Why doesn`t any other Mod censor another Mod and warn them,where that Mod is going against the COC and swearing and using offensive language.
I know that I`ve been warned before for doing exactly the same thing as Damocles.

If you actually care,go and find out his charity of choice and make a donation in his name, which would be a fitting way to honour his memory; posting RIP in a thread in a City internet forum is meaningless lazy drivel.
