The 2019 intake needs culling, so even if we don’t get the best government, hopefully the house will fill up with people that can debate and can be civil and act as statespeople for us as a nation.
Truth is we don't know what kind of government we will get utill we are a few years in. Im optimistic that they will be good, I very much doubt they could be any worse.
 
The practice of throwing assorted produce at politicians or people of note has a long history in this country and elsewhere. The earliest incident on record took place in 63 AD when Roman governor Vespasian was hit with turnips.

You have to respect our traditions, although I would stick to milky liquids and avoid turnips.
I would have thought the objective of throwing a milky liquid is to douse the turnip not avoid it.

That's pretty much my view.

I just hope that if they do indeed get a huge majority, that they do something unpopular but that needs doing.

It tends to be expensive to do it though, but burn some goodwill in the first year and hope it pays back after 3 years.
