It is a subdued victory, knowing that we could have gotten much better, but the alternative was much worse.

How?

There are huge areas of the private sector sitting idle , it can be used to get nhs patients through and treated, of course we are really short of staff in the nhs and that needs tackling , that will take fresh ideas and paying them properly. Health is a massive job to take on
