If I was 20 years younger, I think I would emigrate. As I am in my 70th year, I can only see a life-times hard work and savings being taken away, but hey! That is what the people seem to want

And the young are supposedly the entitled ones? Proper “I don’t like it so I’ll take my ball home” energy.

Quite clearly, nobody is coming for your savings. Unless I missed the manifesto entry that says “we’ll go into the savings of over 70s and tax them all 100%”.

If you have the time and ability its fun to see this from the great campaigner - a personalised message you our Bren - yet they are all using it - its clearly AI generated and the dicks are displaying it all over the socials claiming Wurzel supports them personally

Today's party political broadcast is by reform

Britain is broken
Britain needs reform

They simply posted that image / words and left it for 5 mins.....
They offered no words. No explanation. No ideology, no manifesto, no plans.
They are asking folk to vote for them based on a soundbite
Is that better or worse than writing lies on buses? Too many of the hard of thinking will be taken in.

The great Tory/Labour fix and neither will ever agree to it being any different.

I believe the Labour conference voted to have it changed but Starmer sniffed power and has dismissed what's best for the country.

The Labour folk on here haven't really mentioned it so I've probably got it wrong.

Poll added now, as requested.

You couldn't merge or lock the other individual party threads till after the election as well could you. A few have said its a bit pointless having the same posts in different threads.

To be fair when the country had a chance to change it,hardly anyone could be arsed voting and those that did voted against it. Another referendum I lost ,when I was right:)

It was a complicated system that the main parties selfishly campaigned against.

You're 50/50 on being right in referendums btw:-)

If they backed nuclear power then they might find themselves with a nose bleed ;)

Nah the water companies put actual shit in our rivers and seas 6000 times in a year but the great British plebs are more upset with gdp being weak or not paying a couple of quid more tax.

Priorities and that.
