Thankfully your corbynism is not for much longer and btw, its fuck all to do with spending on the poor and everything to do with total political control.

Its been rejected now consistently by an electorate and the PLP.

So, he was rejected over the 'anti-Semitism' that's been proclaimed by the media? Maybe he should have kicked out the centrists like BloJo?

Being democratic is what cost him?

How ironic.

It's interesting looking at the vote share compared to 2017. In 2017 the Tories got 42.2% of the vote while Labour got 40%. Yesterday it was 43.6% and 32.2%.

So people haven't actually flocked to the right-wing Tories. They've flocked away from Labour and most of those have actually gone to the Lib Dems, who increased their share of the vote from 7.4% to 11.5%.
In the Leave seats that fell to the Tory party, a lot of votes went to the Brexit Party

There is no doubt that this is true and it says everything that is wrong with British politics. He has been smeared endlessly, by a right wing media based offshore and determined to protect their tax avoidance status. Even the great Noam Chomsky described the antisemitic slurs as a creation of the British press. He has been a conviction politician since his earliest days yet is expected to shift with the wind to win votes and pilloried when he stands his ground. We get what we deserve and what we get has been a disaster for a decade.

I have been wondering all day what will happen when the good folk of Redcar understand that voting Tory and leaving the EU hasn't re-opened their steelworks, when it dawns on those in Blackpool South that doing the same hasn't restored Blackpool to its pre-eminent spot as the number 1 holiday destination for cash rich holiday makers and what the citizens of Burnley think electing a Tory banker who lives in London to get them out of the EU still hasn't transformed their town from a shit hole to a desirable place to live?

Carry on proclaiming that Labour lost because the electorate have been conned by the media.

Carry on and we won't see a Labour government for a generation.

Yes noticed earlier the failed Liberals increased their vote by 4 times what the successful Tories and SNP did. It 's an odd system we have.
For the election I think you will find that Tory Remain votes went to the Lib Dems and Labour Leave votes went to the Tory party. Not many votes went from Labour to the Lib Dems.
Indeed not many Labour voters werr prepared to vote Lib Dem. If they had, places like Hazel Hrove, Cheadle and Southport would have gone Lib Dem.
