We do need PR to come in.

Now I accept we lost as per the system and shit happens, but when you combine just the lib dem and labour vote share together it is the same at the conservatives yet the result of 13M vote for the tories gives 365 seats yet 10M and 3M for the labs and libs give out only 213 seats.

It also skews it as can be seen tonight with the protests in London, 13M out of 67M means this election won't stop the division in the country

PR or electoral reform will need to be looked at as the country is still divided.
I'm not knocking the validity of your points but in the 2015 election the SNP returned 55 MPs with just 4% of the vote. How many MPs should UKIP have returned with 13% of the vote?
Doesn't bear thinking about does it.

I see some stupid scouse twat has set up a petition for an independent Republic of Liverpool in protest at the result. Someone should perhaps point out to them that Liverpool hasn’t always been a Labour stronghold, and if anything it’s been way more Conservative down the years. Oh look, they already have!

They are closer to a fascist state than anything else.

Well to those in burnley and lancashire, when johnson reverses his fracking pledge, especially as trump is a big fan and would like US frackers to expand business overseas.

I hope they enjoy earthquakes, poisioned water and random explosions, you voted for it you planks.

Also Damian green tonight admitting that any future NHS would have to look into an insurance system for people to pay for care.

Thick twat never heard of NI then?

Incidently, Boris is the most left wing Tory leader since the 1950s. He has taken a leaf out of Tony Blair's play book and has parked the Tory tanks on the Labour policy lawn.
It will be a long time till Labour are back in power.

And that’s why socially wise, I can never support him.

Another liberal government and this country is well and truly finished.

He must realise the working classes voted against liberalism.

I have been wondering all day what will happen when the good folk of Redcar understand that voting Tory and leaving the EU hasn't re-opened their steelworks, when it dawns on those in Blackpool South that doing the same hasn't restored Blackpool to its pre-eminent spot as the number 1 holiday destination for cash rich holiday makers and what the citizens of Burnley think electing a Tory banker who lives in London to get them out of the EU still hasn't transformed their town from a shit hole to a desirable place to live?
What's just as flabbergasting to me is tgat there seems no knowledge whatsoever about the amount of EU money that has been given to those towns. Instead, just get it done.

They did but they also shifted to the right, plaguing the country with possibly decades of under investment and declining social care while supoorting the Cayman Islands.
