We will be having an election.

Why do it on Boris Johnson's terms ?

If labour don’t want an election it’s risks them looking like idiots/ opportunists. Literally a few days ago Corbyn was on live tv saying he wanted a general election. It would also leave lots of people even more fed up as brexit still won’t be resolved - labour will get part of the blame for not wanting an election to sort it out

which is to misrepresent the position - its not that Labour - nor the Lib Dems for that matter - not wanting a GE its about not wanting a GE now. They want to concentrate on getting No Deal blocked so Johnson can't wriggle any election date around so as to Leave on No Deal during the run up to one. It tie the Tories down THEN call a GE.

Johnson's fuckin losing it.
According to Tory Kuennesberg Boris is pummeling JC.

Boris is deflecting everything. Arrogantly calling people out and trying to come up with sound bites to be on the 6 O'clock news.

"Surrender bill"

"Dither and Delay"

"Corbyn is the only chlorinating chicken"

And now they're not up for it. The bloke's as much - if not more - of a bullshitter than the rest of them

The exact opposite is true.

The only thing Corbyn is really good at is campaigning, in truth that's what he's done all his political life, that's why he's a mediocre Parliamentarian.

He's hosted a number of "rebel" meetings at his place, all the participants, even Swinson, come out smiling and on message, he's good at this sort of thing.

You wrong about Corbyn for one simple reason, you believe he's driven by personal ambition, he isn't, he never has been.

Corbyn is an ideologue, he believes in something, if that something happens with him at the helm that's great, if it happens without him at the helm so be it, what matters is it happens.

If he's winning why do the front bench beside him look so uncomfortable?

If they go for an election right now, Johnson will likelys shift the date & we will leave the EU with no deal, as I'm sure you know, as everybody does.

So they will try to block no deal, then have an election. Obviously.

I struggle to believe you are genuinely missing that point.
