I'm not entirely confident that they will address many/any of the issues as the next 5 years will be taken up by Brexit....

In addition, I saw a report on Sky this morning that was about inequality. I may be slightly wrong here so happy to be corrected, but the financial inequality between the North/South in England is similar to that as West/East Berlin in the 80s. In addition, the health outcomes in the North are comparable to Romania, Slovakia and Turkey and that 95p in every Government £ is spent in London, compared to Germany where they spend 65p on their capital
If you split the country into 10 bands or deciles, going from most deprived to least deprived and then look at life expectancy for women and, probably more importantly, healthy life expectancy, it paints a picture that nobody seems to care about, which seems extraordinary.
As I can’t import graphs into this on my phone I’ll put it in 10 lines from most deprived to least deprived. First number is healthy life expectancy and second number is life expectancy. Also, as I’m not a leader of a political party, I’ll embed the link......

1. 52.0 and 78.7
2. 56.9 and 80.3
3. 58.2 and 81.6
4. 61.9 and 82.5
5. 64.1 and 83.1
6. 65.8 and 83.7
7. 66.9 and 84.2
8. 68.2 and 84.6
9. 68.7 and 85.1
10. 70.4 and 86.2

That’s over 18 years of healthy life expectancy difference between top and bottom.

Absolutely the case but one of those two dick heads, whilst saying some controversial and very poor stuff in the past, hasn’t got 86% of an already marginalised and persecuted minority, shit scared for their safety.

If someone had told me 6-7 years ago nearly 9 out of 10 Jewish people in Britain were seriously concerned if a leader of the 2 biggest parties got in, I’d have thought they were either joking or the National Socialists had some how taken over via a military coup.

I can remember when this all came around again last year and Corbyn chose to attend passover to prove a point.

Of course he didn't attend passover with the Jewish community, he chose to share it with Jewdas which is a Jewish left wing political group that maintains criticism of Israel.

It is however anti-semitic to separate Jewish people by the question of Israel because that question has nothing to do with being Jewish.

Here is an important point - since when have Labour supporters picked or chosen their Muslim friends by the question of Saudi Arabia/Yemen?

I've not seen that report mate, but there clearly is a big north/south divide and it's therefore extremely unfortunate that the one government minister who was really trying his best to try to fix that - George Osborne - is so criticised by those on the left (and sacked before he got chance to see his initiatives through).

But your stat on government spending (in particular) does seem rather dubious to say the least. In fact, no, it must be wrong, or referring to one particular spending area.

The government spends about £800bn a year and of that more than half is spent on Welfare, Health, Education and Defence - just to pick 4. And none of these are London only. So the 95% figure is impossible.

Unless you mean spending on *government* (rather than government spending) - which since parliament and whitehall are in London, would probably make sense.

Out of interest, their Brexit policy aside, what did you think of the Lib Dem manifesto?
Some of it is pie-in-the-sky, but i'm not wholly averse to their policies and I have voted for Lib Dem in the past before.

However, their main policy basically ignores my opinion, not just as in them disagreeing, the Lib Dems have simply disregarded it.

It is no doubt true that US medical and insurance companies plan a killing over here if they can but this pathetic, transparently fake stunt shows the sickness of our politics and the utterly degraded nature of Corbyn's Labour Party. I'm sick of being lied to.

Clarify fake. The document exists. The talks have been taking place and have been mentioned before. The NHS is on the table and always has been. The Tories have been lying about it since day one.

The dramatic nature of the reveal is designed to grab attention and won’t be to everyone’s taste but it doesn’t change the story.

It seems like Corbyn has just revealed that you are being lied to by the Tories..?

Jezzer currently pulling a rabbit out of the black hat - a magic show. Waving a 451 page wad of secret UK/US trade meeting minutes from 2017 just 'obtained' - revealing details of toxic discussions about patents, tarriffs, services etc etc and total market access. It's all true!!!! The truth they never wanted you to see - runaway privatization of the NHS - US billionaires making more billions out of the sick Brits - the biggest sell out of all time. It's Der Spiegel all over again. NHS staff in surgical attire handing out the leaked info to journos.
"We had this all along, your Honour!"

Seems odd that they'd announce this 451 page document now.

Exposed that in talks someone wants something.
Doesnt of course expose what they want it to and that is the government has agreed to anything.
Still a few got to hand out paper in their scrubs for dramatic effect.
Even better the press and media are not having any of it because frankly there is fuck all to be had.
You're in denial mate as well as being totally naive.
We'll bend over in any trade deal with the US.
Fact is that if we don't agree to letting their agricultural and pharmaceutical industries into our markets there won't be a trade deal.

You sound worried George.
Interesting to note you've already accepted US are going to make a killing out of the NHS.
'planning to' not necessarily 'going to' - what worries me is the absence of any shred of integrity in politics and this latest pathetic stunt drags everybody down further - they've got no evidence that government has agreed anything yet.
