Wasn't going to bother reading that but glad I did. What a fucking disgrace the Tories are re the NHS. And I'm certain that's only half the story . And the Tory lovers sit back and egg them on by voting the bastards in. Deary me.
All sat there on fucking benefits watching daytime TV no doubt ;-)A poll taken by 68,000 people on This morning voted
61% corbyn
24% May
So, good to see the Labour party rallying around to display unity and clear direction:
https://www.theguardian.com/politic...-lib-dem-where-they-are-open-minded-on-brexit
I actually see this as Blair acting to achieve the Labour party getting so decimated that even Corbyn feels that he has to stand down and then they can get on with rebuilding the party in his image.
What I found disappointing - trying to genuinely look at it from a 'best for Labour perspective', was Corbyn's statement in 'fighting back'.
“On 9 June, we will either have a Labour government or a Tory one. If you want Brexit to be used to turn Britain into a low-wage tax haven, vote Tory. If you want a Britain for the many not the few after Brexit, vote Labour. The choice is clear.”
Is that all he can put forward? quoting a brief statement/shot across the bows by May, last December I think, at a time when the EU were making very bullish/anti-UK statements, that has not been repeated. It was aimed at and it served the purpose of, reminding the EU that we are not just going to be pushed around. It is not what we want but if they seek to force us into a corner through a winner takes all negotiating approach then there could be consequences because the UK will then have to look to it's own interests.
I would have expected and actually hoped for something a bit more statesman like from Corbyn.
How fucking simplistic is it to project the UK's post-Brexit strategy to be all about establishing a 'low-wage tax haven' - really desperate stuff and ignores the content of the A50 notice and also the manifesto rumours that have been recently leaked. I have seen the same posted on here - as I say desperate stuff.

Wives of workers. You could be right.
But if that is the case, wtf are the 24% voting for May for? :)
Isn't that just not voting? Can we have a don't know option. I have always voted Labour but genuinely undecided at this point.
I voted stay myself but is there a point voting for a party with an anti Brexit stance at this point?Too soon to say.
Would normally vote Labour, but at the moment Corbyn is coming across as an out n out loser with little credibility or presence so might have to plump for Lib Dems with their genuine anti Brexit stance !
Another one that thinks it's a personality competitionConserative
Corbyn is a clown
Just carry-on voting labour. They won't get in anyway apparently so it won't matter. I'm voting labour because I've been assured of a Tory landslide - mind you, I voted brexit because pretty much the same people polls told me remain would win.Can we have a don't know option. I have always voted Labour but genuinely undecided at this point.
You could be right.

Read the policies.
Absolutely hilarious.
Mind you when you think that the tories have spent £700bn to send the country backwards, cannot read their own manifesto, they were happy to hammer people who wanted to improve themselves and have given no coherent plan on Brexit amongst many other things and people still think voting tory is a good idea, you can only laugh.
This.Pensioners?
Have you seen the state of our national debt since the Tories took over ?The Conservative party is the party is the least bad option when you come to vote.
Tories are most likely to let people get on with their lives, start businesses, create jobs and prosperity. That's what allows us to fund all the social projects we value and offer real help to deserving cases.
Labour (when they are electable) fuck the economy. The Conservatives fix it by making difficult unpopular decisions. We throw out the Tories and the cycle repeats.
It shows blue moon is full of cling on glory tarquins.
Any one who pretends to be a city fan and votes tory is pathetic beyond belief.
