Easy to say, hard to implement. With the new money, what teams want to play with other teams' kids?We should loan out these young n up coming players to teams in prem league . They would get the experience whilst helping to take points off our rivals for the title

Also having young players spend a year learning a totally different type of formal might not be them slot into the team. Might be better to send them somewhere that plays a similar style of football, or at least somewhere that what's some key ideas rather than some awful Sunderland style team...

Because Fernando, Fernandinho, Gundogan, Delph and Touré are already fighting for spots. That doesn't leave much room for one young CM, let alone two.
3 of them are coming towards the end of their careers or time with us, 1 has yet to play a premier league game and isn't immune to injury and the other is both injury prone and possibly not good enough long-term. It gives plenty of opportunity for young players over the next season or two.

Add to that the type of manager at such club. He would need to have a Cityesque philosophy and should also refrain from poisoning our players minds. No more loans to managers such as Hughes.Also having young playerphilosophy a year learning a totally different type of formal might not be them slot into the team.
