General transfer rumours

I don't have any ITK on this at all, but I've just heard a rumour that United are in for Adebayor. Hilarious if this is true.... I'm doin some digging

We've had a great window, and I only expressed, that Martial is a talented prospect. No doubt about United paying silly money for him, but he might come good in a couple of years time. That's all. Now stop sniffing :-)

No, no, no, its a brilliant value for money signing, he can go straight into their EDS side, and then come through their academy in a couple of years (so long as he doesn't get robbed, and go crying back to France obviously), just like Januzaj has :)

A guy in his 50's, that follows the scum everywhere, once swore me blind that Rooney had come through their academy, rather than Everton's.
 
As hilarious as the whole debacle was, it's a shame they've managed to keep hold of De Gea.
 
Well assuming the buy out clause is correct all they've done is got him for another season & got some decent value for him when they sell. At €50m it might not even just be Madrid scrapping for him.
 
it is not surprising he may sign a new contract to increase his wages this season what would make no sense would be signing a deal which makes his move more difficult or expensive for Real. His agent will be working out the extra money in the new contract which could be 100k/ week and equate that to a signing on fee and or payment for being sold. Whichever way the player and agent will prosper.
