There's been a lot of debate about this. The way I see it, if today's technology had existed when The Secret Of Monkey Island and LeChuck's Revenge had been made, they wouldn't have had the pixel art graphics style but possibly something similar to what we're seeing with the new game. Anyway, it's all immaterial because this is a Ron Gilbert game so I believe there's every right to get excited about it!

No mate I binned it just before because getting upto the right level to do the raids etc was boring as hell, what changed? I was just going to same planets rinse and repeat, I know lots of MMOs are like that but the worlds just werent big enough. I always felt they should’ve left in Destiny 1 so you could go back to old stuff super powered to get collections up. In Warcraft I like to go back do the old stuff for transmog and mounts, they could’ve kept that in for the single player, as Nightfalls etc if you can’t get a group you’re buggered.
 
Sony is raising its prices on PS5 in some countries (including UK) due to inflation. Will likely go up from £450 to £480. They been doing this with their games for years so I’m not surprised this is happening.

Quite a bit has changed with upgrading amour weapons and sub classes, all for the better. Also you can now create your own weapons.

There's a big list of changes on the Bungie website.

It's worth just installing again and see how to like it now as everything is free for a week anyway.

I'll be on for most of this week if you want to team up. I've got you on my friends list on Xbox

Awesome. They're also on PlayStation Plus which costs 8 or 9 quid a month. I played both Monkey Island games on there in recent weeks with my kids, with the intention of introducing them to quality game design and playing the new one together when it comes out next month.

Might do it when I get home mate, im fully immersed in Division 2 at the moment
 
Leslie Benzies (one of the big brains behind Red Dead Redemption and the GTA series) left Rockstar and took a load of their staff members with him. They've made this game which looks very interesting indeed:



I'm also wondering whether or not Rockstar will be able to pull off GTA6 without them...
