I'm still undecided whether to wait until the PS5 version comes out or (if/when) I build a new PC to see the full potential of the game.

I dunno if it's just me but big blockbusters seen increasingly rare these days so it makes you want to appreciate then more.

I mean when is the next GTA, Fallout, Metal Gear Solid etc going to come?

GTA will be another three years away. We’ll have to put up with GTA 5 for another three years.
 
Loving the new fifa - not played since maybe 17.
They have even have the poznan in when you are destroying the other team
 
I will be getting the new Fifa this week although I'm enjoying career mode on Fifa 20 still and also quite like the gameplay.

I'm not expecting many new features in '21 as I imagine a lot of development was invested in Volta.

Out of interest why? I enjoyed the post match interviews and impact on morale although it was easy to keep the team happy.

I thought game play was alright, defending is challenging and clunky but rest of the gameplay seemed fine.

The gameplay is the biggest issue. PES has its faults but I find it far more enjoyable to play than Fifa.
 
Has anyone here managed to pre-order either PS5 Or Xbox X? There are currently no stocks in the US and I have been searching for a while now.

Hasn’t played pro evo since the ps2 days. Had a go last year after me and my son not being keen on fifa this year, it really is night and day. It’s so much better to play.
 
Can you use disc consoles to play a DVD? I’ve still got some favourite films I like to see and don’t do any of the streaming services. I’ll get a cheapish player otherwise.

Yep, disc PS5. Seems like consoles are as popular as they’ve ever been. PS3 and PS4 I’ve picked up on first day release without having to pre order. No chance that’s happening for the PS5.
 
Got my PS5 disc version pre order with Amazon, you probably won’t get one this side of Xmas now if you haven’t got one, unless you pay over the odds.
 
I think I'm going to get Fifa 21 in a few weeks once all the patches have been introduced before starting a career mode. Bolasie is currently starting for Everton in career mode which is bonkers and Elland Road hasn't yet been added. I'm a sucker for realism/simulation in games, sorry.

I also have a great career mode with Leeds going on in Fifa 20.

Ffs. I was hoping to play a bunch of games on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Will there be another pre-order window for PS5? I have been looking to pre-order everyday but no luck so far.
