It's completely nuts to not want to coexist in a better balanced society.

There are kids out in the protests holding up banners to DE-FUND the militarisation of the police and prop up schooling!

Check out the '13th' on Netflix, it gives a good bit of background as to why people like Sanders (and people like Corbyn) have struggled. A lot of it has to do with politics from the 80s, which is still entrenched in a lot of peoples minds.

Very frustrating that we cannot seem pull ourselves out of the tar pit that is capitalism and try work towards something new.

I've seen nobody remotely looking Antifa subculture looting anything on videos I've seen. It's almost exclusively typical black community low-end criminals

It's quite clear that the protests have been hijacked by certain groups for their own use. One is the likes of Antifa & the extreme left who are using this to push their own aggressive agenda to "bring down the system". On the back of that where they have decided to take down corporate America by going out on the streets with hoods and balaclavas (not due to covid) and taking on the cops head on, destroying neighbourhoods, people have seen to take advantage of the chaos and loot. Then there are elements of the far right that are clearly infultrating marches and stirring shit up, all the while there are strange things happening such as pallets of bricks being given police escorts and turning up in the middle of the street. The marches have peaceful intent, but have been violated and diluted by groups and individuals with their own agendas and its caused a more toxic environment. Headlining all of this is President Dickwad who has had police tear gass people so he can get his photo opp in front of the church with the bible. Americans have long said their right to bear arms is to stop the Government from doing what they like, this could get even more messy.

Go read the BBC article regarding the ‘pallets of bricks’ bollocks you’re talking about, all been shown up for the shite it is.
