I think the issue with lots of people on the far left is that they feel such a deep sense of injustice around the Palestinian issue that their feelings towards Israel are so powerful that it has suspended their otherwise lack of racism in the way they think of Jewish people. They can‘t all not be antisemitic. That doesn’t stand to reason. A number of them will be.
Don’t know if Galloway is one of them, and I certainly haven’t seen any hard proof he is, and until there is I’ll stand by what I posted previously, namely we need many more MPs like this who exist wholly outside the cancerous party machines. People who can openly express their own thoughts. Mix things up. Ask those in power uncomfortable questions.
Galloway represents the views of many people in this country on this issue, which is plainly not reflected in the make up of Parliament, the constitution of which itself suppresses democracy.

I heard Galloway's deputy leader (Williamson?)on Five Live yesterday, presumably Galloway has similar views. He actually called Israel an 'entity' and said they had given up their right to exist. He might as well have said 'Sieg Heil'. He then went on to say that Israel are committing genocide in Palestine. So basically he supports the extinction of Israel but does not see it as genocide. These are Nazis hiding in full view.

So, you’re also equating criticism of the slaughter of women and children, with a parallel wish to see Israel destroyed? Where in the name of fuck, do you get that from? Even how you write that, clearly shows you are making assumptions based on your prejudice. There is not a correlation between condemning Israel’s continuing actions and wishing the people of Israel are killed. Do you watch Fox News a lot? This may explain your ability to make groundless connections between dots, until they fit how you feel.
