Even more curious, the Scottish version of coaching badges and courses for them have a high reputation in Europe. So, where are the great academies and their graduates? Or the great Scots coaches? Who is the modern Jock Stein?

Add on Dalglish,Souness,Strachan,Jordan and the likes.
Dalglish never turned up bar the odd game in three world cup finals.

You can’t polish a turd. Our Academy hasn’t a single top class player. Not one and we haven’t had one for 20 years. We produce fuck all and the rest of the academies do the same. Our kids are great at Computer games and online abuse. Swings and Roundabouts.

Even with a reduced pool, you would hope at least one emerged in the last twenty years. We are actually defying the Laws of Physics and the very fabric of spacetime itself. I’m just happy Einstein isn’t with us anymore.
