Heartwarming. Enjoy the day. I didn't see this thread when it was first posted. I remember the club sending a wreath when we had a loss in the family last December, which they didn't have to do.

I hope they win for you both. Be sure to post some pictures but update the title or start another thread so I don't miss it.

Certainly will do mate, will update it to Got my Dad to a game.......here's some piccys!

Or something as equally snappy!

Pictures of the day....as promised!

The day out was fantastic, a truly memorable experience.

The box was awesome, right on the half way line in the East Stand.

Nothing was too much trouble for the waiter in the box, he even raided his own chocolate supply to give the youngster we took some chocolate before kick off.

Some excellent half time snacks, and 4 suprise guests for us all before kick off, Colin Bell, Tony Book, Tommy Booth and Joe Corrigan.

Cannot find many other words to explain the day apart from AWESOME and AMAZING!!

Dad loved it, thoroughly enjoyed himself, his jaw was on the floor when our suprise visitors came in, he couldnt't believe what the club did for us, as I still can't!
