In lockdown I was working and talking to nurses and paramedics so I know what was going on, I didn’t say I was the only one paying but in oldham every time I go in it certainly seems like it.
Theres anew drug coming out for fat people now to lose weight, so that’ll be another cost and excuse for people to do what the fuck they want because the tax payer will fund their excessive lifestyle.
Revealed: The cost of free paracetamol to NHS Scotland
Scotland's 14 health boards have spent more than £57 million on providing free paracetamol since charging for prescriptions was scrapped by the SNP government in 2011.www.scotsman.comNHS bill for paracetamol in England tops £70m
The NHS spent £70m on prescriptions for paracetamol in England in the past financial year, according to figures revealed to MPs last weekpharmaceutical-journal.com
Those £70 millions add up though. The country in lockdown with normal activity curtailed saw a fall in people requiring A&E. To be expected I would have thought.
The NHS in England spent £70m out of a budget of around £150 billion to buy paracetamol for people who could not afford over the counter medicines? Well, obviously we should save that tiny sliver of money and let some old dear on a pension suffer in pain. What are we thinking? It’s outrageous!
On separate note, what is wrong with you?
Ouch, sorry about thatYep.
They referred me to clinic they said they will ring me in a day or two..
I've never felt bloody pain like it.
Feels like my knuckles and twisted together.

Nothing wrong with me just because I don’t agree with you, pensioners get their prescriptions for free anyway and have paid their dues I’m talking about the ones who haven’t and can’t afford 30p! I’ve seen the waste in the public sector from the military to the fire service and a lot of the wastage comes from the idiots in charge and others taking advantage.
We cannot babysit everyone.
I worked in the audit industry and I can assure you that wastage and incompetence is rife in the public sector tooThose £70 millions add up though.
