Gigs Thread

Depeche Mode have announced some additional European shows for early 2024 including a date at the AO arena with tickets on sale on Saturday.
I'm having a bit of that!

Pulp - Scarborough Open Air Theatre - absolutely stunning show (even after being drenched before a storm 10 minutes before they came on).

Roll on the Ks in Milton Keynes next week (slightly smaller show!)

If anyone’s going to the Generation Sex gig tonight at the Apollo, they were amazing last night in Wolverhampton. Unfortunately the support,Bob Vylan, were awful, Worst I’ve ever seen / heard.

Tickets still available for The Ks in Manchester on 24th November.

Blur were absolutely fucking sensational on Sunday at Etihad South.

I know some people are against reunion tours/nostalgia/harking back to certain era's but fuck me, that was 2 hours of bliss at the weekend.

Felt privileged to have been there and witness it.

Saw the Chameleons in Warrington last night.
Mark was saying that he had been seriously struggling with his mental health a few months back. Thankfully he says he's improved a great deal.

Not really a gig but heading up to Butte Montana on Friday for a three day folk festival, fuck me I'm getting old

Was at the Pulp gig too, loved it. I had standing tickets, we’d been in the pub most of the day and I was the only one out of four of us that could be bothered to carry my rain coat all day. Glad I did!
