It's not rocket science tell given the same as hart they are under contract and the inform keeper will start the second choice will be on the bench.

"the gall" get a clue, Hart has not shut his mouth with his demands but Given can't say anything? Why should he stay quiet while big mouth hart wont shut up? Hart wants to fight for the no.1 spot with threats to the press and if it's ok for him to do it should be ok for Given. Unless of course, you're a hypocrite.

I like Given, but if we are forced into a decision for one or the other, I would roll the dice on Hart. I believe he is just as good, and if given the nod as the clear number one would only continue to get better.

Given is the better keep - just - personally i would give Given all the prem games and Hart all the FA - League and UEFA but make it clear that Hartis number 1 next season
They have both said the same both are amongst the best in the prem with only that Liverpool twat i would rate higer - how the fook you describe Given as only competent is beyond me

In the Given/Hart debate many seem to forget Given had a serious shoulder injury only 4 months ago, and he's very likely to have less confidence, because it could happen again.
We should make sure we don't lose Hart as he is more important for the future unless we want to spend big again.
For this reason Hart should be assured he will be number 1.
If Given is given the role, and Hart goes off on a year long loan, or worse moves on, and then Given gets injured again in 3 or 4 matches time, we're stuck with Taylor and Neilsen as 1 and 2.
But I'm sure Mancini knows, and will do the right thing.
Plus there are enough games going round for both keepers this season, assuming of course that we don't do an old City in the Carling and Europa cups.

Saw the interview couldnt believe what he was saying. Hopefully the manager picks me as number one if not I will sit down with them next week and ask for a transfer basically.
