I grew up thinking that every five or ten years we would have a Wembley appearance or a title shot but it became more and more apparent (to this naive observer) that money was taking over the game. In fact there came a point when my world view changed from wanting us to win without investment to actively wanting huge investment. Actually this was shortly prior to Thaksin's time. Coincidence, I think not, so I feel that in no small way none of this would have happened without me. Really no need to thank me...but I think everyone should thank me. What a time to be a Blue.
