Global obesity 1 billion

Wont be long until everyone will be taking fat busting tablets and carry on eating what they want.

Prosssesed, Ultraprossesed food, e-substances have a lot to say. Eat so clean and local produced food as possible, use seasonal ingridens.

Yup as few ingredients as possible and as local as possible. My local chippy tea only consists of spuds, lard and a bit of fish. Local and very few ingredients - I’m doing my bit

I must admit I’m grateful that I’ve been able to eat pretty much what I want my whole life and it’s not impacted on my weight.
Going out for meals is quite a big part of my life, I’d fucking hate to be restricted to what I can choose from a menu.

I’ve always found being active throughout the day and getting plenty of exercise is a good trade off. I suppose some bodies react different though and I’m probably just lucky I don’t get fat.

If you work it off mostly you're fine mate, what happens to some people is that an illness hits and if it's long term the pounds pile on.

The old beer mat down the throat trick works as well :)
