Glad to see the back of him to be honest. If you think he got 'chased out of town' then you are sadly wrong.

I knew we had to let him go when we won the league and instead of staying behind to go on the open top bus tour, he went back to Italy the same day. What a great character, what a lovely human-being. I think not.

I don't really care if he becomes the best striker on the planet (which he won't), you cannot win things consistently if you have people in the squad who don't give a shit about the club, its fans, their manager, their team-mates. the guy is a basic bad apple.

For the occasional good moments, I say, well done Mario, for the rest of it, I say good riddance.
The day I care about a parade is the day I need to contemplate quitting life because I would be the failure.

I'm actually not even gona argue with that one! A pathetic response if all told.

No - not a pathetic response at all... A 100% correct response in actual fact. The sooner he his gone for good the better. Good riddance to the clown.

I really believe we signed him too soon, must have been difficult for a 20 year old to be dropped in manchester with the
whole tabloid/paparazzi watching his every move.
I was more excited about his signing than any in a very long time, yes he was a pillock at times but his performance at the swamp last year, wembley, that pass to sergio.. magical.
Good luck and thanks but probably best move for him and us,and i trust bobby and all concerned that they either have someone lined up to replace him or that we will not need him for rest of this season. hopefully..

We've lost only money
But this transfer is a great contribution, especially for the team spirit
"A rotten apple" is gone

now the "fans" can move on to the next rotten apple

If there isnt one they will create one..

i'm astounded i get told to grow up when i mention the next rotten apple

history tells you some of the fans will find another target

mills
samaras
bellamy
robinho

to name a few in recent years

and you tell me to grow up, maybe some of our support should take a leaf out of your book

Good Luck to Mario, close to his Mum, and Milan is obviously 'his' club...

We've not been screwed too badly on the fee and it opens a big wage slot up for a bit of new blood.

Good all round as far as I can see, thanks go with Mario for his FA cup final performance, his Rag wind ups, and lets not forget his contribution vs QPR on the day of all days...

I really hope he can fulfil his promise there! no hard feelings, its been emotional!

All of those listed above have nothing to do with Mancini's protege

Now that Mario's gone, some people are gonna feel empty, they have an urge that needs fulfilling but lacking the capability to do so. Who are they going to hate now, who could fill them up with so much unwarranted anger as Mario had done. More importantly who are they going to lash out on when all the inbuilt anger they have needs venting.

I feel sorry for Barry the most

dzeko will surely be off...tevez may see out another year or 2 before he goes back to boca
