we havent gloated, just called you on your arrogance. You have a thread saying we would have won 11 vs 11 cause we dominated the first 4 mins. You keep slagging our players off and how you are so much better than us etc etc. You even describe yourselves as top 4 team, despite never finishing in the top 4. You guys are getting carried away here

All i've heard all day is Arsenal this Arsenal that and how anyone who finishes above you will win the league,c'mon get real,yes you played well,however,you have to be honest,the outome of that game would have been very different if not for the exuberance of a certain youth.You beat ten men,your keeper had a blinder and we lost our best player and a very effective midfielder to injury....

A touch of reality is needed i believe,fans and pundits included,while you have an excellent team with some very gifted individuals,you are not presently capable of winning the league,because,as ever,the wheels always fall off.

Lets face it your lot have coined the phrase 'eternal underachievers'.

offcourse, the top 4 will be chelsea, arsenal, man u, man city....i dont know in which order. But i can see 10-12 points being the difference between 1-4.

Fair enough. I think I agree, although I don't want to see United in the top 4, obviously. On Sunday, we were expecting to give you a good game, and although you won comfortably, the significance of the victory in somewhat diminished by the fact that we played 85 minutes with 10 men.

You must admit, you didn't expect to win 3-0.

I think there has been a lot of arrogance shown by both sets of fans. The city fans seem to think despite never finishing in the top four since it became the holy grail they are now ahead of the likes of Arsenal and United as title challengers due to signing one or two players. They dont realise there a few more hurdles in the way first before that can happen.
In a similar respect I have seen some of our fans dismissing City as a challenge. I think the honest truth is we are both in the best position along with United to challenge Chelsea. I think you have made the signings to push into the top four and Tottenham dont have the resources to stay in the champs league and challenge to get back in it next season but I aso think Arsenal and United have that long long experience of finishing that high aswell as the squads to challenge.

Anyway I have been enjoying my short stay here, have had some good debates, some honest discussions and as we all know theres no point making a sweeping statement about one teams set of fans coz every club will generaly all have cocky fans, vile fans, good fans, arrogant fans, idiotic fans etc etc.

I didnt expect a 3-0 to neither team with 11 vs 11. But you got a player sent off after 4 mins and it made it easier for us and we took advantage of that. You showed alot of heart early on, but it was expected for you to tire second half with one man less, you didnt get the early goal which would give you something to hang on to. End of the day its just one game and 3 points like any other game. I think people in general are over analysing these big games. I remember Man U winning the league 3 years ago, and in the top 4 head to head, they finished last. They just smashed all the other teams
