takes me back a few years does this, i'd been chatting up a girl for weeks and she eventually agreed to a night out, i booked a fancy restaurant in a hotel, i booked a room and plied it with roses, whipping cream, fruit and other sex toys and a tape deck. first date but i thought fuck it i'm going for it.
having got her to come to the room her face was a fucking picture.

RELAX! Be attentive but not patronising, interesting but good at listening, manly but not too macho.........

Make her laugh if you can - put her at ease and the rest will come naturally (stop sniggering you lot!) Remind yourself that she's agreed to a date so she is already interested. Just make sure she knows she has control of the pace and she'll be far more likely to show you how interested she is.
