I see no difference between Bayern in Germany and Steaua in Romania or CSKA in Russia during communist era. Classic state projects, whole Bundesliga exists just to make Bayern better.

English rags are 3 times more loveable team than German rags.

Why is it you think we have a divine right to sign players?

How do you know we didn't bid for him, offer him 200k a week and bonuses.
Players can reject us you know?

Bayern with Pep are a huge pull and it will be extremely more difficult now to sign players with the money they have and the players.
 
Gotze was never a very realistic chance of happening anyway, you can't really call it a failure by City not to get him ahead of Bayern Munich... don't you think Real and United wouldn't snap him up for that £32million fee too? It's pretty clear he wanted Bayern or else many clubs would have triggered his release clause.

Those Blues ambivalent to City in Europe should realise that a good profile in Europe will make it easier to compete for players like this in future.

I would hazard a guess that the German wages are significantly lower than our league's so if you are happy watching the top young talent going to other clubs as it's 'not our divine right' then that's absolutely fine.

My opinion is if we are offering 200k (as you quoted), with fantastic bonuses and a chance to play with the title challengers of the strongest league then someone isn't doing their job correctly in attracting these players. We're not exactly shit are we...

It's what's with all other Bundesliga clubs. They can challenge Bayern for year or two and that's it baby. Dortmund are not first team who is in same situation - werder was there few years ago and are fighting to avoid relegation now, stuttgart was there, schalke was there, leverkusen was there - each and every of them had their best player or manager bought by Bayern when they were on top and challenging german rags.

It's one club league and all others are bitches in Bayern's brothel.
